From Harvest to Mill
In November, at the height of the harvest, we put guests to work alongside us: olives are picked with traditional tools in the reclaimed groves of the Oliveti Ritrovati project.
From the field we move to the oil mill to witness the milling and take home your own freshly pressed oil, in an experience that restores the concrete, laborious and precious value of every bottle of oil.
